THREE CRITICAL POINTS THEOREM AND ITS APPLICATIONS

In this paper, by use of the pseudo-gradient vector field, the three critical points theorem in [2] is extended to the C1 function in the Ba-nach space, and therefore the three critical, points theorem in [5] is strengthened and the existence of the saddle point of the C2 function is discussed.     

The Multiple Solutions for a Class of Quasilinear Elliptic Equations

A three critical point theorem is proved. As its applications, Dirichlet problem for a class of quasilinear elliptic equations cf second order is considered.     

Improved Genetic Algorithm and Its Application in TSP

Crossover operator and mutation operator are basic operators of genetic algorithm , which play important roles in improving the quality of the solution populations. We propose the improved crossover operator , mutation operator and rotation operator on the basis of good point set with the traveling salesman problem , the experimental result shows these operators are very efficient.     

Resolvent and Application of Policy Control for QoS

With the rapid increase of the Internet user and widely application of Web,the current network technology is facing great challenge. More and more multimedia operations occupy plenty of bandwidth,and result in the network congestion. Therefore,people begin to use QoS to utilize the bandwidth effectively,and ensure the transport of the emergent operation data. The paper introduces the protocols and basic components of QoS,then expatiates the conception and the basic principles of policy control QoS, moreover,emphasizes the structure model of policy control QoS and how it runs. At last,it introduces the transport process of data packets under the control of policies in a policy control QoS system,and how to make the policies in the real world.     

A Globally Convergent Algorithm for Nonlinear Programming

A new globally convergent algorithm was presented for a continuous differen-tiable nonlinear programming by defining a measure function deviating from the Kuhn-Tucker point. With this algorithm which can be used to get the optimum solution of the problem,the optimal lagrangian multiplier corresponding the optimal solution of the problem was also obtained. A new iterative algorithm for quadratic programming is obtained when applying the general algorithm to quadratic programming. Finally,a numerical example was given.     

Mixed modelling for QTL × environment interaction analysis

Phenotypic data for quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping studies are typically generated at multiple environments in order to broaden the inference space. Many aspects of the usually complex design call for a mixed modelling approach taking into account various sources of variation, e.g., incomplete blocks, a spatial error structure, genetic correlations due to the pedigree, and random environmental effects, including QTL × E interaction. Perhaps the most important source of random variation is the genetic correlation across environment, which arises when the same set of lines is tested in each environment. This correlation is likely to be positive, and ignoring it will lead to an increased rate of false positives. In this paper, we present a mixed modelling framework for QTL mapping based on complex data from multiple environments. Our main focus is on an appropriate modelling for the non-QTL part. The methodology will be illustrated using a barley data set from a BC₂F_2:5 advanced backcross trial. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

SOME PROBLEMS BY USE OF BOUNDARY POINT ELEMENT IN BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

Using boundary point element is one of the treatmentsof corner node problem.This paper further discusses some problems byuse of point element.They mainly include the calculation of stresses atpoint elements,the cause and treatment of singularity in boundary usingequations when point elements are used.An example is given.Correctlyboundary point element has certain practical significance for moreobjective simulation of the actual situation of quantities and improvesaccuracy of results.     

分子标记辅助选育抗稻白叶枯病的低温敏核不育系3178S

本研究以IRBB21为Xa21基因供体，籼型低温敏不育系399S为低温核不育系基因供体，采用杂交和回交方法，逐代用分子标记检测手段，导入广谱抗白叶枯病基因Xa21和低温敏核不育系基因，聚合双亲的有利性状，育成抗白叶枯病的籼型低温敏核不育系3178S，其抗性达到了IRBB21的抗性水平，且保持了399S稳定的育性和双亲的优良经济性状。

Study on Mismatched Engagement of Hourglass Worm Gearing with The Worm Generated by A Cone and The Wheel Generdted by A Straight Profile Hob

A method to make the hourglass worm gearing with the property of mismatchedpoint contact has been proposed.The worm and the hob of the worm gearing is generated by a coneand a straight line located on the cone respectively. The basic principle of the worm gearing has beenanalysed. The formulas for calcultating the machining parameters has been obtained. And the toothcontact of the worm gearing has been investigated.The result shows that this worm gearing could getopint contact well.
